About: Walk, drive, or bike in pursuit of as many Greater Lansing peace poles as you are able. Once you have found and photographed at least 10 peace poles with you in each photo and posted them on your Facebook page, submit the form by clicking here. (For kids of age 10 and below, 5 poles is the minimum goal). For more details click here.

Completed coloring pages may be placed in our windows to be enjoyed by our guests and bring recognition to PeaceQuest Greater Lansing and the UN International Day of Peace (September 21.)

· To Michigan’s Senators and Representatives: Vote to pay the more than $1 billion overdue dues for UN Peacekeeping that is holding up the UN’s dealing with violent disorders worldwide.
· To Michigan’s Senators and Representatives: To comply with the U.S. Leahy and Humanitarian Corridor laws and the advice of UN experts, halt shipments of munitions to Israel.

About: Join End Gun Violence Michigan for a Suicide Prevention Month Webinar. The majority of Michigan’s gun deaths are suicides, more than 700 per year. Michigan’s new gun safety laws provide important tools to address this crisis. We’ll discuss general background on suicide and suicide prevention, as well as how to use the new extreme risk protection order law to temporarily disarm someone who is in crisis.
